Con ayuda de una máquina amasadora mezclamos todos los ingredientes, amasando alrededor de unos 15 a 20 minutos.
  3. Cuando tengamos una masa flexible, la dejamos fermentar hasta que doble su volumen, alrededor de 2 horas. Pasado este tiempo, vamos a quitar el aire a la masa y la dejamos reposar 10 minutos. Ahora es cuando vamos a dar forma a nuestro roscón intentando no apretar mucho la masa y cuando tengamos la forma deseada, la pincelamos con huevo y es cuando podemos meter la haba y el regalo.
