- Cuando tenemos la masa en la sartén, esperamos unos minutos que se dore bien por un lado y coja consistencia (si le das la vuelta muy rápido puede que se rompa). Cuando está formada por un lado le damos la vuelta esperamos unos 30'' y ya estará lista.
- Podemos hacer variaciones, cambiar el perejil por cilantro o en vez de hacerlas fritas al horno. Si decidimos hacerlas al horno hay que agregar menos huevo, si no la masa no tendrá mucha consistencia, y añadirle un chorrito de aceite de oliva por encima antes de meterlas al horno.
