- En el vaso del turmix, añadimos unos 50 ml de aceite de oliva, el limón... La sal y la pimienta al gusto... Lo trituramos todo bien, lo probamos y rectificamos de sal y pimienta...
- Ahora lo servimos y le pondremos un poco de pimentón por encima... La decoración es cosa vuestra 😉.. y ya tendremos listo el hummus para disfrutarlo... Qué aproveche!


- Consejos... Si está espeso, podéis ponerle agua o más Aceite de Oliva... Si no tenéis tiempo, podéis usar garbanzos cocidos que venden hechos... Para dejar la masa más fina, podéis pasarla por un colador...
- Recordar que tiene que quedar suave, jugosa, si queda reseca o muy pastelosa, no estará tan buena... El de la portada es para que lo veáis así, pero está un poco espeso, para que aguante 😉
