Ponemos una capa de hummus normal (qué es más sólido que el anterior). Y seguimos el mismo proceso con los pimientos del piquillo escurridos.
  3. Y listo! La parte de remolacha y de pimientos queda más líquida, si queréis podéis solidificarla más con maizena o más garbanzos. Yo la dejé tal y como salió. Podemos decorar con unas semillas de sésamo por encima y un chorrito de aove y a disfrutar! Recomiendo acompañarlo con palitos de zanahoria o palitos de pimiento rojo o amarillo.
