- Preparamos ahora una crema de cacao con el requesón. Lo añadimos a un bol, más 1 cucharada de xilitol y media de cacao. Batimos bien.



- Repartimos la crema por encima de la última capa de bizcochos, espolvoreamos 2 cucharadas de cacao con ayuda de un colador y decoramos al gusto con almendras laminadas, coco rallado, guindas. Etc
