- 1 cebolla
- 3 zanahorias
- 2 patatas
- 2 dientes ajo
- 1 pastilla caldo de verduras concentrado

- 200 ml nata para cocinar
- 50 g queso brie
- 1 trozo pan del día anterior

- Mientras se está asando la calabaza se pica la cebolla y los dientes de ajo y se sofríen en una sartén con una cucharada de aceite y cuando esté casi hecho se añade el pimentón dulce, y una pizca de sal y pimienta.


- Una vez hecho el sofrito se añaden las patatas y zanahorias, se cubre con agua y se añade la pastilla de caldo concentrado. Cuando esté todo bien cocinado, pasados unos 30-35 minutos, se saca un poco de caldo y se reserva para añadirlo después por si la crema se quedara demasiado espesa.

- Para acompañar la crema se pueden añadir unos picatostes de pan, para ello se corta el pan a cubos y en un cazo con aceite se fríen hasta que queden bien dorados, y se reservan. Si no se quieren fritos también se pueden hacer tostados al horno poniéndolos en una bandeja unos minutos a 180ºC.

- Para hacer la crema se añade la calabaza asada a la olla con las patatas, zanahorias y el sofrito de cebolla, y se tritura bien con la batidora. Se añade más caldo del que se había reservado si fuera necesario. Se rectifica de sal y se añade la nata y el queso, éstos dos ingredientes son opcionales, pero le dan un toque espectacular, y volvemos a triturar. Añadimos los picatostes por encima. Y listo! A disfrutar!
