- Se descongela la sepia y la lavamos con la ayuda de un colador (le diremos al pescadero que nos la limpie y corte en cuadritos. Los 1200 g serán ya peso neto. Se deberá congelar después y descongelar cuando se vaya a cocinar para que se rompan las fibras y así quede más tierna).

- En ese momento añadimos el Majado de Perejil, que previamente lo trituramos el ajo con un prensador y mezclando con el Aceite y el perejil y lo dejamos 1’ más removiéndola en la plancha.



- Servimos caliente junto con el Alioli de Dos Ajos.
