  8. Echar parte de la masa preparada, y cocinar a fuego suave hasta que en la masa comience a aparecer unas burbujas, este será el momento de darle la vuelta a la masa y cocinar por el otro lado.
  9. Una vez hecho el creps lo único que hay que hacer es rellenarlos con la carne picada, quitándole antes las dos hojas de laurel.
