- Dar vuelta con espátula cuando los bordes comiencen a dorarse y se despeguen solos. Dejar cocinar del otro lado y retirar del fuego. Toman aproximadamente 3 minutos en total por cada panqueque.
- Repetir hasta que no quede más mezcla, echando un trocito de manteca entre cada panqueque. Rellenar con dulce de leche, y listo!
