  7. Pintamos ligeramente con mantequilla derretida por encima y horneamos a 190° hasta que esté doradito y crujiente.
  8. Cuando lo saquemos del horno y aún esté caliente bañamos con la miel también caliente. Y un par de gotas más de agua de azahar.
  9. Dejamos que se enfríe totalmente y a la hora de servir espolvoreamos con azúcar glass.
